Most positive reviews were a line or two about an easy purchase or fast delivery. A Trustpilot reviewer wrote, “Easy to get the best tickets. No surprise charges.”
The negative reviews described a handful of specific problems. A Trustpilot reviewer wrote, “Never received my tickets and have spent 6 weeks arguing to get my money back.” Another reviewer said they paid for three sets of tickets in August and still had no barcodes. A third said sellers would not transfer tickets and that it took several calls to support to sort out.
Two other complaints were about the event itself. One reviewer said a Chris Stapleton show was moved from a Saturday to a Thursday and TickPick would not refund the tickets. Another said they bought tickets for a 6 p.m. show and received tickets for a later one.
Fees were not the main complaint in any of the 60. That fits what TickPick says about its prices, but 60 reviews cover only four days, so it does not show that fee complaints never happen.
The seller side: payouts
Two of the 60 reviews were written by people selling tickets, not buying them. One seller said support approved a general admission listing and then penalized the seller after a buyer complained.
The other was about money. A Trustpilot reviewer wrote, “Took almost two months to get my payout from selling my tickets.” That is one seller’s claim, and we did not verify it. If you plan to resell on TickPick, read its seller terms on payout timing before you list.
Before you buy on TickPick
The recent complaints point to a short list of checks that apply on any resale site.
- Check the delivery date on the listing. Late or missing tickets were the most common complaint in TickPick’s recent reviews.
- Confirm the event date and start time on the ticket page against the venue’s schedule. One recent reviewer said the tickets were for a different show time.
- Read the refund rules for postponed or rescheduled events before you pay. The one refund complaint involved a show that was moved, not canceled.
- Keep your order confirmation and the listing details. Support will ask for them if something goes wrong.
Who writes TickPick’s reviews
Trustpilot tags each review with how it arrived. Of TickPick’s 60 newest, 57 came through a company invitation and three were written without one. Five of the 57 invited reviews were one or two stars, while two of the three uninvited reviews were.
Uninvited reviews skewed to one or two stars:
| Site | Uninvited reviews in latest 60 | One or two stars |
|---|---|---|
| TickPick | 3 | 2 |
| StubHub | 20 | 19 |
| SeatGeek | 16 | 15 |
| Gametime | 4 | 3 |
| Vivid Seats | 0 | 0 |
Source: Trustpilot’s review source tag on each site’s 60 most recent English reviews, Oct. 8, 2026.
Score differences between the sites may partly reflect how many reviews each company invites. TickPick’s recent reviews were mostly invited. The one-star reviews on its page say more about how it handles orders that go wrong.
TickPick app reviews
| Store | TickPick rating | Ratings or reviews |
|---|---|---|
| US App Store | 4.85 | 389,537 ratings (1.7% one-star) |
| Google Play (US) | 4.8 | 60.8K reviews, 5M+ downloads |
Source: Apple’s iTunes lookup data, the App Store page and the Google Play listing, recorded Oct. 8, 2026.
All five sites rate between 4.66 and 4.86 on the App Store, where apps can ask users for a rating, so the stores barely separate them. App Store review text was not available to us, so it is not part of the complaint count above.
What TickPick says about fees
TickPick says it does not add buyer fees at checkout, so the price shown is the price paid. Its User Agreement, last updated Aug. 5, 2026, also says a purchase may include transaction fees for using the platform.
Since May 12, 2025, the FTC’s fee rule has required ticket sites to show the total price up front. The check works the same everywhere: compare the total at checkout for the same seats. Our guide to which ticket site has the lowest fees lays out what each site says.
TicketScanner does not record TickPick prices, so we cannot say how often it is cheaper. Its price data covers Gametime and Vivid Seats, compared in Gametime vs Vivid Seats. For TickPick against Gametime on fees and reviews, see Gametime vs TickPick.
How we measured
> On Oct. 8, 2026, we recorded each site’s public rating and review count on Trustpilot, the US App Store and Google Play. We then read the 60 most recent English reviews on Trustpilot and sorted each one by its main complaint (delivery or transfer, refunds, fees at checkout, invalid tickets, customer service, app bugs, seat different from the listing, account or payment) or as positive. Sixty reviews cover only a few days, so they show what people are writing now, not the whole history. Reviews are the writers’ own claims, which we did not verify. App Store review text could not be retrieved, so it is not included.
Star shares come from Trustpilot’s count of reviews at each star level divided by the total, so they can differ from Trustpilot’s rounded display by about a point. Invited and uninvited counts use the source tag Trustpilot attaches to each review.
Data as of Oct. 8, 2026.
